第一堂：認知班(每堂2.5小時)
基本彎道分析，了解賽道路緣石
Lesson 1: Karting Knowledge (2.5 hrs)
Analysing racetrack corners and turns, knowledge about racing kerbs
 

第二堂：認知班(每堂2.5小時)
何謂抓地力，飄移分析，轉向不足及過多分析
Lesson 2: Karting Knowledge (2.5 hrs)
Understanding tyre grip, drift analysis, understeer and oversteer
 

第三堂：理論班(每堂2.5小時)
車子轉向重心分佈，氣流效應，爬頭技巧
Lesson 3: Karting Theory (2.5 hrs)
Theory about center of gravity in steering, aerodynamics and overtaking skills
 

第四堂：模擬班 (每堂2.5小時)
以模擬駕駛訓練使學員能實踐認知及理論課所學知識
Lesson 4: Kart Simulator Training (2.5 hrs)
Apply and practice the skills you have learnt on the karting simulator. Make sure you understand the theory and mechanism behind every action.
 

第五堂：實習班 (兩日共8節)
實地賽車駕駛小型賽車進行練習，最後參與評核考試，合格後頒予證書，合格後頒予證書
Lesson 5: Practical Training (2 days divided into 8 sessions)
Practice the knowledge on a racetrack and participate in the final qualification test. Participant who successfully complete certain standard on track will be given a “pass” training certificate
